• Decreased case response time
Response time is one important customer service metric almost every customer-focused organization tracks. Henderson, NV Mayor Andy Hafen continues to be impressed with how deploying our solution has increased his response time. Andy said, “Since the launch of Comcate, our response time for each case has been reduced by more than 6 hours.”
The City of Lancaster saw immediate impact upon launch. We receive feedback like that from most of our customers. Monique Edwards from the City of Lancaster said, “In the first 90 days of using Comcate, we experienced a 300% increase in productivity of overall resolved cases per time spent.” A 300% increase in productivity provides an ROI for our customers and a continued passion for what we do.
This year has focused a lot of effort on building and enhancing our infrastructure and architecture to support delivery of new enhancements at an accelerated pace in 2017. Keep your eye out for enhanced dynamic reports in Q1, and an updated, more modern, user experience mid-year.
