Comcate offers clients a fully-supported implementation and training program to ensure a successful launch and complete utilization. We're communicating and teaching every step of the way with clients so that they can continue to educate staff and customers. We customize our software to meet each local government’s unique needs, including integration with existing programs such as Tele-works and GIS. Our training is so effective and our software is so easy to use that staff can update and customize the software independently. Staff members become experts and governments experience increased productivity quickly. Implementations We offer comprehensive implementation and training services to ensure our clients experience a successful rollout. The implementation process takes 30 days to 2-3 months, depending on how fast our client wants to move. Our program is flexible and we work closely with clients to meet their timelines. Training Because our products are so easy-to-use, government employees can self-train in some cases. Our products include extensive Help files and FAQs to answer the most common questions. As part of the implementation program, we provide on-site training to show staff and management how to use their applications efficiently. Integration In some local governments, existing databases and systems are used to manage the day-to-day tasks of dealing with customer requests and providing routine services. We can integrate our software with those existing programs and help customize eFM or CEM to complement these internal processes. Continuous Support We offer complete technical support services before, during, and after the launch of eFeedbackManager and Code Enforcement Manager. SLAs (service level agreements) are included in our contract to back our commitments. Consulting Our consulting team has specialized in local governments for more than a decade and has comprehensive experience in technology implementations. Consulting engagements are offered in conjunction with product implementations or as independent projects.
