Comcate Customer On-site Training Rated Excellent by New Users

Comcate, Inc. is the largest provider of customer relationship management software to public agencies.  Since other vendors often contract out the implementation and training of CRM software, and the technology is relatively new to many users, successful user training would seem a difficult endeavor. 

The Solution: 

According to Comcate’s large customer base, Comcate’s expertise in designing an easy-to-use product has been show to extend to its design of on-site training courses and personalized training.  In a recent on-site training class in Spokane, WA for example, Comcate’s training was rated well organized or very well organized,  the material presented at the right depth, and the instructor judged well-prepared and helpful by all of the 53 attendees.  Many attendees commented on the excellence of the program and on their general excitement to start using the software in their positions.
