Officers Switch to Comcate for Superior GIS, Ease of Use and Reporting Capabilities

The code enforcement officers in the City of Salisbury needed to go through over a dozen screens of information to perform some functions necessary to their job. They weren’t able to create case detail reports or search records by property type with their legacy software solution. Their Housing Supervisor searched for an easy to use software solution that was designed for and by code enforcement professionals. The City selected Comcate’s Code Enforcement Manager software to manage property violations and the registrations of rental properties.
