Comcate Client Finds New Foreclosure Management Use for Leading Code Enforcement Software

The Challenge: 

The city of Pomona, CA has long been an extremely satisfied Comcate client, using Comcate CRM, Code Enforcement and Building and Safety Inspection Manager software.  Now that Code Enforcement departments are increasingly managing foreclosed properties, Pomona’s Code Enforcement Department has found another way to increase their effectiveness and efficiency with Comcate. 

The Solution: 

Pomona Code Enforcement Officers now cross-reference the list of foreclosed properties within their own case management database, automatically through their Comcate software.  Comcate Code Enforcement Manager software maps the list of foreclosed properties to the cases being managed in the system and automatically marks them “Foreclosed” for the officers’ reference.
