New Software Improves Mobility and Efficiency for Building and Safety Inspectors and Management

The Challenge: The city of Pomona, CA is dedicated to the quality of life for its diverse community. The City strives to apply City and State building code standards to public and private property and decided to implement software technology that would help to ensure those codes would be applied fairly and consistently throughout their community. The Solution: City management in Pomona has long used Comcate eFeedback Manager software to open, track and report on citizen requests and cases.
