Between Tampa and Orlando, rapidly growing Polk County has almost 484,000 citizens who want well maintained properties and a pleasant environment. The staff of twenty that includes investigators, service reps and managers needed software to manage code enforcement and the tracking of special magistrate fines, demands for removal, lien searches and payouts, and liquor licenses.
