City Increases Code Enforcement Officer Capacity, GIS and Reporting to Increase Effectiveness

The City of La Canada Flintridge has been using Comcate eFeedback Manager citizen request management software since 2007. The City recognized the need to increase the capacity of its Code Enforcement Department and investigated Comcate’s Code Enforcement Manager software which is designed for and by Code Enforcement Officers, Supervisors and Managers. Comcate CEM increases the bandwidth of Code Enforcement staff by providing in-office and in-field live access to case data and histories at the touch of a button. Officers can run daily activity reports, generate notices and schedule visits all while in the field. Detailed reports can show open cases, foreclosure cases, CDBG cases and cases by officer or by violation type.
