Remote Access of Live Data Increases Time Officers Spend In Field

The Challenge: Indio’s Code Enforcement Department, like many, was using modified software to try to address department needs. Without features needed specifically for code enforcement, officers were unable to access live data in the field, forcing them to spend precious time in the office performing standard duties such as scheduling follow-up inspections and printing daily activity reports.
