City Empowers Citizens to Report Graffiti or Road Problems From Their Mobile Device
Jun 29,2010
The City of Fairfield has just created a new way for citizens to make Fairfield a better place to live. A new iPhone application, incorporated into the "Contact Fairfield" online citizen service utility build on Comcate software, lets the City collect first hand information that connects citizens to City staff members. With a touch of a screen, iPhone users can report on a problem and check on the status of a request. This free tool helps engage residents to help us address issues before they become a bigger problem," said Steven Garrison, Fairfield Chief Information Officer.
