Beverly Hills Smart City Initiative Includes Citizen Mobile Access

The Smart City Campaign rolled out by Beverly Hills Mayor Delshad is intended to make the City safer, more earth-friendly and more beautiful. Water saving sprinklers, solar-powered parking meters and new City technology are all being implemented as part of this campaign. The City's new mobile enhancement to its "Ask Bev" citizen-facing online customer service application was highlighted in the Canyon News publication. Beverly Hills Web Coordinator Therese Kosterman stated that many cases were received immediately after the application was made available and that the easy inclusion of photos with submitted cases helps staff resolve cases faster.
