The City of Beverly Hills, CA, under the leadership of city manager Rod Wood, is promoting customer service and efficiency throughout the organization by using Comcate's eFeedbackManager Enterprise Edition.
Launched in 2004, eFM is used by each department in the City to track requests for service and inquires from their 33,000 citizens.
